Photos and videos captured at Spark Photo Booth activations are handled as follows:

• Images are stored on secure cloud servers and delivered to guests via our gallery platform (Pixieset) or directly through sharing at the booth
• Event galleries are typically hosted for 90 days following the event, after which they may be removed unless arrangements are made with the event organizer
• We may use event photos for portfolio, marketing, or social media purposes. If you prefer your images not be used in this way, please contact us at info@sparkbooth.co and we will honor your request
• For private events where the organizer has requested confidentiality, we will not share event photos without explicit permission from the organizer

By participating in a Spark Photo Booth experience at an event, you acknowledge that photos and videos may be captured and shared as described above.
